Return & Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect all items before dispatch. 

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

• The item must not show any signs of wear, use, washing, damage or alteration

 

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be faulty.

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

If a product is believed to be faulty, we will assess the item in line with UK consumer legislation before offering a suitable resolution.

Refunds will only be issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.
