Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

While we do everything possible to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier service.

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
